not time, per usual...

so i got home about a week ago, and i leave again in about a week. going back out to fill in on a tour, for said company i work for. now i just need my apartment to clean itself. so far every time i wish for it, and close my eyes, when i open them back up, still nothing is done. figures.
maybe my laundry will clean itself, but i doubt it.
and it's danged cold here. like 40's. horseshit.
but one good thing so far, a minimal of critters in my apartment. i only had to go after one larger spider with the vacuum cleaner so far...

i am at home right now, after successfully surprising my mom. she was shocked. it was awesome.

here i sit

here i sit, with nothing to watch in english on t.v.
now there are some t.v. shows i am intrigued by, but they are all in korean.
i look really silly watching stuff in korean.
but i do it anyway.

now every once in awhile i get to watch law and order or something like that. i have seen them all but i watch because it is english. and then the commercials are korean. figures. dangit!

i think going home is going to be a major culture shock. i don't know what i am going to do when i can hear english everywhere i go. or spanish... but i do know how to say hello in chinese and korean and japanese. what else have i learned. nada.

and in korea it is customary when you go to a store, for the salesperson to follow you around. closely. i like to do a sudden change of direction to see if they will run into me. i think it's funny. i am sure i have scared a tiny asian woman once or twice. tee-hee.

my splinter

remember my mention previously of "the splinter".
yes, it has quotes. it is that serious.
so my splinter and i had been living in a nice un-infected harmony. until i just got tired of it.
it's out and i will not go into the gory details.
i think i could be a surgeon though.
just waltz right up in a hospital and remove stuff.
or rearrange stuff and label it.
either way i have a job in the future with props or surgery.

indecision

i don't know what to write, but i feel like i should write something...

for the record, i skipped april fools day. i reset my watch date even. i just skipped the day, all day as a matter of fact. it wasn't until i got to work and michelle said it was april fools day, april 1st, that i actually knew. i removed an entire day from my life and had no idea for at least 10 hours. is that a form of dementia? am i getting that old? wow, who does that?
well, i guess i do.

and don't ever get your hair cut at choi in korea. what a damn mess. yes, friends i am still fuming about the horrible cut i got, from the little korean lady. the moment i figure out when i am going home, it is straight to shine for a cut. and then to taco bell. gotta have goals here people...
